Shipping and Return Policy

 Shipping Rates and Policies:

All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours unless the item is not in stock. Please allow a minimum of 4-10 business days for delivery of your order.  Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and determined by product weight and quantity. Heavy and bulky items incur additional costs.

Performance Lighting ships UPS, Federal Express or drop ship from manufacturer, whichever is the fastest and most cost effective for you, our customer.  The method stated on your invoice may not be the method used.


Mistaken and Damaged Shipments:

Performance Lighting passes responsibility of delivery to the carrier at the time of pickup at our warehouse. Losses of items during shipment are the responsibility of the carrier. Performance Lighting will provide you (the buyer) with a tracking number for the carrier. It is the buyer's responsibility to contact the carrier and notify them of the loss before the reclaiming process can begin. Our standard method of shipping orders within the continental US is via UPS or Federal Express ground service. 

The customer is responsible for inspecting the order for damages or missing items and reporting it within 3 business days of product delivery. Reports after that time will not be honored. Product damaged in shipment will be replaced at no additional charge. The product must be kept in its original shipping packaging for 10 business days or until the shipper makes inspection.  Replacement will be issued for the exact number of items damaged in shipment.

Performance Lighting will replace the order and refund any applicable shipping costs if we made an error with your order. Please note any obvious damage or shortage while applying your signature at the time of delivery and make all claims for replacement or credit within 48 hours of delivery. To return any mistaken item, please contact us at Customer Service to obtain a Returned Material Authorization (RMA). For damaged orders, keep the original box and all packaging materials for possible inspection by the carrier and/or return to Performance Lighting.  Reports of defective products after 5 days will be charged shipping and handling for replacement products.
